PoolBuy.net is where we can pool our buying power together to by in bulk. This will enable us to get a good discount for buying bulk. If possible we will buy from the wholesales directly to save more.

You can post the item that you wish to buy under the category together with the quantity and price you like. Or you may just join the pool by clicking on “Add Me In” on the item you would like to buy together with the quantity you like to have. Some item/s may have its price specified and the quantity in order to get the discounted price. In order to post or join the pool you just need to register as a member.

PoolBuy.net will negotiate with the retailer or wholesaler for the best price and will email those who have joined in the pool of the item stated. The item, quantity, price and delivery method will be stated in the email for confirmation of order to buy. If any, a fee will be stated in the email and may vary from item to item.

If you agreed to the price and fee, you just need to confirm the order by replying the email. Just ignore the email if you no longer wish to buy the item. Once confirmed, it is considered as a valid order. A non-refundable confirmation fee of RM10.00 will be charge and you will need to deposit the amount to PoolBuy.net bank account as stated in the email. This amount is deductible from the fee stated in the item. It is not deductible from the amount of the item.

The payment and delivery method may also differ from item to item depend on the wholesaler/retailer. You may request for a different delivery mode for the item. Any extra expenses incurred due to a different delivery method will be charge to you.
